1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on bittaka.org, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise engaging with any service offered by bittaka, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all players accessing bittaka from Bangladesh, including those based in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh.
bittaka reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on bittaka.org. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with bittaka's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and bittaka.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to bittaka is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
- You are at least 18 years of age. bittaka enforces a strict 18+ policy on all accounts. Proof of age may be requested at any time.
- You are accessing the platform of your own free will and for personal entertainment purposes only.
- You are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
- You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by bittaka for a violation of these terms.
- You are not listed on any self-exclusion register or under any court order that prohibits you from gambling.
- You understand that gambling involves financial risk and you take full responsibility for your own decisions and activity on the platform.
bittaka takes underage gambling extremely seriously. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately and all funds will be forfeited. If you suspect that a minor is accessing bittaka, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
bittaka reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
3. Account Registration & Verification
Each player is permitted to hold one account only on bittaka. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms. bittaka reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances or bonuses.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if it changes.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. bittaka will never ask you for your password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity that takes place on your account — regardless of whether it was authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bittaka support immediately at [email protected].
bittaka employs SSL encryption across all pages of bittaka.org to protect the transmission of your personal and financial data. However, you acknowledge that no system is entirely immune to security risks and that you use the platform at your own risk.
KYC Verification
As part of our commitment to responsible gaming and fraud prevention, bittaka may require players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or accessing certain features. KYC documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of payment method ownership. bittaka processes all KYC documents in strict confidence in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on bittaka are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bittaka supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
Deposits
All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to someone other than the registered bittaka account holder — are strictly prohibited. bittaka reserves the right to return any deposit it reasonably believes originated from a third-party source and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.
Deposit limits may apply at the platform level or as set by the player themselves through the responsible gaming tools available in account settings. bittaka does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. Before any withdrawal is processed, bittaka may require completion of KYC verification as described in Section 3. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours, subject to verification requirements. bittaka reserves the right to extend this period in cases where additional checks are required.
Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5. Players may not withdraw funds that are subject to an active wagering requirement until that requirement has been fully met.
5. Bonus & Promotions Policy
bittaka offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions timed to the Bangladeshi cultural calendar (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Durga Puja, Victory Day, Independence Day). All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms.
- Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each individual promotion's terms.
- One Bonus Per Player: Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time. You may not claim a new bonus while a previous bonus is still subject to an unmet wagering requirement.
- Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Any bonus funds or associated wagering requirements that have not been cleared by the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically without compensation.
- Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. The contribution rates for each game category are stated in the specific promotion's terms.
- Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active, a maximum bet per round or per spin applies. Placing bets above this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
- No Bonus Abuse: Any player found to be exploiting bonus offers through systematic low-risk play, account collusion, or any other strategy intended to circumvent the spirit of the promotion will have their bonus forfeited and may have their account closed.
bittaka reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Promotional offers are intended for recreational players only and may not be available in all circumstances.
6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Use
All games available on bittaka — including slots, live casino games, crash games, and sports betting markets — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems sourced from internationally recognised game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Play'n GO, and Hacksaw Gaming. The outcomes of all games are governed solely by these certified systems.
bittaka's role is that of a platform operator. The rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and game mechanics for individual games are determined by the respective game providers and are available within each game's information panel. Players are encouraged to review a game's rules and RTP before wagering.
Sports Betting
Sports betting markets on bittaka cover cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Odds are offered on a best-effort basis and may change up to the point of market closure. bittaka reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was opened or settled in error. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, bittaka's decision is final and binding.
Disconnection Policy
In the event of a network disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game provider's standard disconnection policy. bittaka is not liable for losses resulting from a player's internet connection failure, device malfunction, or any interruption outside of bittaka's direct control.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on bittaka and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and in serious cases, referral to relevant authorities:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
- Opening or operating more than one account on the platform.
- Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with bittaka in a manner that gives an unfair advantage.
- Engaging in any form of match fixing, arbitrage betting, or collusion with other players or third parties to exploit the platform's pricing or bonus systems.
- Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute any payment made to bittaka through your payment provider.
- Using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology to disguise your geographic location or to access the platform from a restricted jurisdiction.
- Accessing another player's account without their explicit authorisation.
- Laundering money or using bittaka for any transaction related to illegal activity.
- Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward bittaka staff or other players.
bittaka monitors all account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Players found to be in violation of this section will receive no compensation for forfeited balances or bonuses.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
bittaka reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without notice. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or a player's own request for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.
If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any outstanding verification requirements.

bittaka's decisions regarding account suspension and closure are final. Any dispute arising from account closure must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the closure notice.
